2. Purpose
To receive and consider my enquiry, reply to me, and continue the correspondence I initiated.
3. Personal data
- name;
- email, phone, messenger address, or another contact method I provide;
- subject and message text;
- source page and interface language;
- submission date and time;
- the fact, date, time, and version of this consent.
4. Processing operations
I permit collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access by the hosting and email provider to the extent required, restriction, deletion, and destruction by automated and non-automated means.
5. Duration
This consent remains valid until the stated purpose is achieved, but no longer than the retention period of the corresponding message. Each message is kept for no more than 12 months from the date it is received or sent; active copies are removed no later than 24 hours after that period expires.
If the correspondence develops into a contractual, employment, charitable, or other formal relationship, further processing may follow a different legal ground and retention period.
6. Withdrawal
I may withdraw this consent by emailing info@amberine.org with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”. If no other legal ground applies, the Foundation will cease processing and destroy the data within 30 days.
